Ingredients
Organic black elderberry (Sambucus nigra), Organic peppermint (Mentha x piperita), Organic raspberry (Rubus idaeus), Organic echinacea (Echinacea angustifolia), Organic cirier (Myrica cerifera).
Suggested Use
Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 tbsp. of the mixture of plants and let infuse 10 minutes. Sift. Drink 1 cup 2-3 times a day.
Cautions
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, in case of progressive autoimmune or systemic disease, anemia, gallstones or if taking immunosuppressants.
Do not use during the first trimester of pregnancy. Avoid taking with prescription drugs. Discontinue use if you develop gastrointestinal disturbances.
