Recommended dose:
Excellent massage oil. Hydrates and moisturizes skin without leaving a greasy feeling. Helps seal in moisture and nourish depleted skin. Apply oil to the desired area and gently massage. It blends well with other Pranarōm vegetable oils and can also be combined with 1- 2 drops of Pranarōm essential oils per 5-10 ml of Macadamia oil for added benefits and aromatic massages.
