Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as an antioxidant, diuretic and astringent. The aerial parts of goldenrod are a good remedy to treat all disorders of the urinary system, such as cystitis and kidney stones.
Suggested Use
For external use: use the herbal tea as a lotion or compress on wounds.
Infusion: Pour a liter of cold water over 1 or 2 tbsp. tablespoon of dried plant, boil for two minutes and let infuse for ten minutes. Drink 1 to 3 cups of infusion per day.
Cautions
Do not use in case of allergy to the Asteraceae family or if hypersensitivity occurs. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.
