This formula contains 21 grams of proteins, 3 grams of l-glutamine, 4.75 grams of branched chain amino acids including 2 grams of l-leucine. The formula is low in fat and has less than 1% lactose. It's easily mixable. This formula supports immune function with protein, l-glutamine, lactoferrin and immunoglobulins. Suggested Use
Pure Encapsulations recommends mixing 1 serving with water, milk or juice. Blend with fresh or frozen fruit pieces if desired. Shake, stir, or blend until smooth.
